The REST starter kit is used to provide WCF services that accomplish the following:

• Send LINQ to Entities data to the Silverlight client
• Process file uploads from the Silverlight client
• Send binary media content back to the Silverlight client
• ... with "hackable" URI's
• Eventually this will be a public API into Zleek
